HOW TO BOOK
When you have found a property you wish to rent:
- Contact us quoting the
property reference number and and we will check availability and
suitability for you. If you prefer, you can complete the Booking
Form located at the bottom of this page. It is helpful to have a second and third choice of property
just in case your first choice of property is unavailable
for the rental period you want. Occassionally we need to check availability
with the owner. If a property is available we will be able to confirm
your booking. If the property is not available, we will offer suitable
alternatives.
Once you have decided
on your rental property arrangements, we take a firm reservation
either by email, fax or telephone. We will inform you of the payment method and we will forward you the payment details. Please note if you pay by euro cheque or bank transfer a transaction fee may apply.
- An initial payment of
30% of the total rental cost, including costs of additional services,
is payable at the time of booking. If you are booking within 8 weeks
of your rental period, full payment is required.
- All bookings are accepted
subject to our Booking Terms & Conditions available on our website.
Please familiarise yourself with these. At the time of making a firm
booking we require the number of people in the party, the lead party
member name, age, address and telephone number.
- A booking form will be
sent to the lead party member to complete and return to us. This
will be sent with a copy of our Booking Terms & Conditions, your
booking confirmation details, including additional services, which
we have booked on your behalf. The balance of the total rental period
monies payable must be received by SPM Rentals no later than 8 weeks
before the commencement of the rental period. Please check the information
and contact us immediately if anything appears to be incorrect. It
may not be possible to amend details at a later date if we have not
been notified immediately of any inaccuracies (see Booking Terms & Conditions).
- A £100 damage deposit
is required and will be refunded after the end of your rental period,
less any costs for breakages, damage etc if applicable - see Booking
Terms & Conditions.
- We will send you a reminder
to request the balance payment, including the damage deposit, for
the rental reservation. We must receive the balance payment 8 weeks
prior to the commencement of your rental period.
- Between 2-4 weeks prior
to the commencement of your rental period, we will send you full
details of the property address, arrival instructions and key collection
instructions. Our contact number is readily available at the property should you need to contact us during your stay or require assistance.
